Dr Eleanor Crump
Gender: Female
Primary qualifications: BMBS, MRCGP
I qualified as a doctor in 2015 from the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry (University of Exeter and University of Plymouth). I started my medical career working at Torbay Hospital and across Devon before moving to Southampton to train as a GP.
During my training, I worked in Adult and Paediatric Emergency Departments at Southampton General Hospital and in the Sexual Health Clinic at the Royal South Hants Hospital. I was a trainee GP at Shirley Health Partnership and also provided care as part of a frailty visiting service across the New Forest during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2021, I completed my GP training and came to join the team permanently at Shirley Health Partnership. I have a real passion for working in general practice and consider it a privilege to get to know my patients, build long-lasting relationships and deliver holistic, patient-centred care in our community. Following my time working at the RSH, I have an interest in Sexual Health and Women’s health.
Outside of work, I love to travel, cook and try my hand at various arts and crafts. In winter, you’ll find me out on the slopes skiing when life allows!
