To request an appointment or contact the practice, please use GP Triage:

  2. Answer a short set of questions about your symptoms or query
  3. Provide your contact details
  4. Submit your request

This process usually takes just 90 seconds to complete.

 

What Happens Next

Once you have submitted your request:

  • Our clinical team will review the information you provide
  • Your request will be prioritised based on clinical need
  • You will be offered the most appropriate outcome

This may include:

  • A same-day or routine appointment (face-to-face or telephone) with a Doctor or Nurse
  • Advice via text message or online reply
  • A referral to another healthcare professional (e.g. pharmacist, physiotherapist, health coach)
  • Guidance on self-care where appropriate

This approach helps ensure patients are directed to the most suitable care pathway.

  • If you are unable to use GP Triage online, please contact reception and a member of our team will assist you
  • You can submit a request on behalf of someone else (e.g. a child or relative)
