The Shirley Health Partnership drives to get better at communicating with our patients. We want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you. We want to know if you need information in braille, large print or easy read. We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate. We want to know if we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool.
If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know either in person at reception, or via completion of our Accessible Information form.

Our website has been designed with flexibility in mind, so that you can change the style, size and colour of the font used, as well as the background colour. You are also able to translate this into your native language using the function on the top right of your browser. There are guides written to show how you can customise to your needs which can be found here
We are very sorry that our phone lines are not always functioning correctly and apologise for the occasional loss of our telephone service, this has been for technical issues which are national. We are also aware of the on-going issue with our telephone access, in particular telephone calls to the partnership being unanswered for a lengthy time especially at peak times for which we apologise in advance for. We continue to recruit and train reception staff as a priority so that we can improve our patient telephone access.Thank you for your understanding.
CLOSED - The Partnership will be closed on Wednesday 17 January 2018 between 1.00 pm to 6.30 pm for staff training.
