Welcome to The Shirley Health Partnership. We were established in January 2017 as a training practice combining the Grove Medical Practice with Regent's Park Surgery, covering a patient population of 15,000. This is an up-to-date resource relating to our practice.
We will keep it current with any news, developments and details that are relevant to the practice and our patient community.

The NHS App lets you book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and access a range of other healthcare services. The NHS App is for people aged 13 and over who are registered with a GP surgery.
The NHS App is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

We are excited to announce eConsult will be available for our Patients from 13/03/2018!!
You can eConsult with your own GP/Practice Team at your own convenience and they will get back to you within 48 hours.

The Shirley Health Partnership drives to get better at communicating with our patients. We want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you. We want to know if you need information in braille, large print or easy read. We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate. We want to know if we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool.
If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know either in person at reception, or via completion of our Accessible Information form.

Our website has been designed with flexibility in mind, so that you can change the style, size and colour of the font used, as well as the background colour. You are also able to translate this into your native language using the function on the top right of your browser. There are guides written to show how you can customise to your needs which can be found here
We are very sorry that our phone lines are not always functioning correctly and apologise for the occasional loss of our telephone service, this has been for technical issues which we are confident are now resolved. We are also aware of the on-going issue with our telephone access, in particular telephone calls to the partnership number 023 8078 8500 being unanswered for a lengthy time at peak times for which we apologise in advance for. We continue to recruit and train reception staff as a priority so that we can improve our patient telephone access.Thank you for your understanding.
CLOSED - The Partnership will be closed on Wednesday 13 November 2019 between 1.00 pm to 6.30 pm for staff training.
